Terms:

Tour- the event organised by Alternative Bucharest where you will be guided into the Street Art scene in Bucharest.

Guide- the person who will lead the tour.

Guest- the person who participates at the tour to discover the Street Art scene in Bucharest.

During the tour, the guide or other member of our crew might take pictures or make videos that include the guests. Participation in the tour represents the guests approval for the pictures to be taken and videos to be made. The pictures and videos are used by Alternative Bucharest and our partners for marketing and promotional purposes only.

During the tour, the guests have to respect the local laws. Although he does all he can to make sure everybody enjoys the tour and is safe, the guide is not responsible in any way for the actions of life of the guests.

Pentru desfasurarea in bune conditii a turului, va rugam sa cititi urmatoarea sectiune de Termeni si conditii:

Tur: eveniment organizat de Asociatia ,,Alternative Bucharest’’ in care veti fi ghidati in fenomenul Street Art din Bucuresti.

Ghid: Persoana care conduce turul.

Oaspete: Persoana care participa la tur pentru a descoperi fenomenul Street Art din Bucuresti.

In timpul turului, ghidul sau alt membru al echipei poate face fotografii sau filmari care includ imagini cu oaspetii. Participarea la tur reprezinta acceptul oaspetilor pentru a aparea in aceste poze sau filmari. Pozele si filmarile sunt folosite de Alternative Bucharest sau partenerii sai in scopuri de marketing si promovare.

In timpul turului, oaspetii trebuie sa respecte legile locale. Desi face tot ce ii sta in putinta pentru a se asigura ca toti oaspetii se bucura de tur si sunt in siguranta, ghidul nu este in nici un fel raspunzator pentru actiunile si viata oaspetilor.
